Sensoterra raises €2 million to expand market reach and introduce new products in 2019

Amsterdam, Netherlands – December 19, 2018 – Sensoterra, a leader in wireless soil moisture sensor solutions, announced that existing shareholders and employees raised €2 million to fund international expansion and product introductions.

“This is a resounding vote of confidence from our team, built on strong customer support,” said Jurriaan Ruys, CEO of Sensotera. “The funding will enable us to launch a multi-depth probe as well as new communication technologies such as LTE and satellite. Sensoterra will strengthen its foothold in the US by adding local customer support and supply chain capabilities.”
